Welcome to Cirka

Cirka has 29 years’ experience in the cleaning and facility services industry and has earned a reputation as a trusted and respected provider of a quality service. Our professional team provide solutions for more than 150 large and varied contracts including Rialto Towers, Collins Square, Bourke Place and Collins Place office complexes in Melbourne, Westpac House, Citi Centre and 45 Pirie St office complexes in Adelaide, Arts Centre Melbourne, The Australian Open Tennis, Melbourne & Olympic Park, the Australian MotoGP and over 450 Reece plumbing sites throughout Australia. We were proud to be awarded AMP’s National Contractor of the Year in 2016.

We have extensive experience in providing cleaning and associated services for commercial office properties, retail precincts, events, sporting and performing arts venues and education and health facilities.

We develop strong relationships with our clients, with some partnerships lasting more than 20 years and a contract retention rate of 95%. We were proud to be awarded AMP’s National Contractor of the Year in 2016.

With industry leading systems and processes in place our Quality Management System has been certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001 since 1995.


Health and safety

Our commitment to employee and client wellbeing has resulted in an excellent Health and Safety record. Our OH&S Management system is AS/NZS 4801 certified.


Environment

Our Environmental Management System is certified to ISO 14001:2015 and we share a commitment with our clients to deliver a superior service that enhances each buildings environmental performance.
