What to expect at Cirka National

Cirka National provides a country wide cleaning service for facilities ranging from central CBD to regional areas such as Yuendumu, NT, Bendigo, VIC and Whyalla, SA just to name a few! Our key contracts span across Australia with DHS and Reece plumbing stores at over 600 locations nation wide.

We have a number of national sites which require a few hours of cleaning each day. A role at Cirka National may be based at a number of sites, requiring your own transport to each site. These roles require a dedicated candidates with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously as you may be the only cleaner on site.

Although the sites vary far and wide, we have a supportive management team based across VIC, NSW, QLD and SA to guide and support you through your role! Supervisors and Managers regularly travel and touch base with all of our staff and ensure operations are running smoothly and to support your growth and development at Cirka.

Recruitment Process – National

Complete your applicant profile and by sure to follow the ‘Apply for Job’ link in order to submit your application and complete the assigned questionnaire
Successful applications will be emailed a link to complete a video interview which will be reviewed by the Cirka Recruitment Team
Successful applicants will then be invited to a group interview and induction held at our head office in your respective state.
(remote locations only) will complete the video interview and phone interview in lieu of the group interview
Successful applicants will need to provide valid working rights, police check completed within 3 months, and copy of passport to verify working rights
Once you complete your induction at Head Office or online you will be required to do a site specific induction with your dedicated Manager
Further onsite training and development will be provided throughout your employment with Cirka
