It’s been a big week in Adelaide for the Cirka team with the mobilisation of our latest new partnership at 30 Currie St. The premium A grade commercial office building is in the final stages of a large refurbishment, with new end of trip facilities, upgraded amenities and a refreshed ground floor foyer.
We have also received confirmation that Cirka has retained the cleaning services contract for 19 Grenfell St, a 17 level premium A grade office building we have been cleaning for 6 years.
We are proud to continue to strengthen our relationship with the Knight Frank team and the tenants in both buildings.
