Maria joined Cirka in 2012 as a Site Supervisor, she progressed and moved to a larger building as the Supervisor supporting the onsite Manager. In 2016, Maria was promoted to the role of Customer Service Manager of one of Melbourne’s most premium office precincts, where she oversees a team of 17 supervisors and 250 cleaners.
Buddha joined Cirka in 2010 as a cleaner at a premium CBD building. His potential was recognised and in 2014 he was promoted to a Supervisor where he was trained and mentored by his Manager. In 2016, Buddha was promoted again to the role Site Supervisor, where he leads a team of over 30 cleaners.
