This Thursday, Our People & Culture EGM Kate Smith and ESG and Compliance Manager Daniel Rowe participated in a Western Chances Q&A panel with past Western Chances intern Denisa Dobie and ESG coordinator Moe Myint Tha.
The West Connect event focused on providing industry-leading advice to talented young people from Melbourne’s West and assisting them in securing internships for their futures. Our experts answered questions on standing out in the application process, preparing for interviews, and their top tips for performing in the workplace.
This week also signifies the two-month mark for our newest winter intake of interns!
Finance intern Daniel Meehan analysed procurement data, providing insights to improve Cirka’s business efficiency. Matthew Chong, our Technology & Transformation intern, utilised his internship to automate processes, enhancing Cirka’s overall productivity.
