Last month, the Melbourne Showgrounds hosted Amway’s 30th anniversary, a major celebration featuring a 2,500-seat conference in the Exhibition Pavilion, a Gala Dinner in the Grand Pavilion, and a spectacular light show in the Main Arena.
Six large-scale events took place every four days throughout the month. Each required a complete pre-clean, on-the-ground support during the event, and a thorough post-clean, all with just one day to reset before the next began.
Our Cirka team performed exceptionally well during the series, managing the complex demands of each event, including the challenge of cleaning up 12 kg of confetti shot from 6 cannons over the 2,500 seated gala tables each event night.
