Success Stories
Maria joined Cirka in 2012 as a Site Supervisor at a CBD contract; she progressed and moved to a premium building as the Supervisor supporting the onsite Manager. In 2015, while she was completing her Master's in Human Resources Management, Cirka supported her through changing to a night Supervisor role. In 2016, Maria was promoted to Customer Service Manager in the newly opened Collins Square precinct. She was initially responsible for managing Tower 4 and the Goods Shed & Lantern. Following a change in the management team at Collins Square, Maria was successfully appointed as the Customer Service Manager for all daytime cleaning operations across the precinct.
Maria is now the Portfolio Manager for our commercial contracts in Melbourne. She is responsible for a team of more than 300 and is known for developing her staff, her high-quality standards and her polished professional manner in dealing with our clients. She is a highly regarded and valued member of our team.
