During the peak O-Week period in July 2025, our Cirka team successfully delivered over 1000 departure cleans across six UniLodge properties in Brisbane, including 576 rooms at UniLodge Park Central. This is a project that happens twice per year for Cirka within our student accommodation portfolio and requires significant pre-planning and resources. To enable us
