During the peak O-Week period in July 2025, our Cirka team successfully delivered over 1000 departure cleans across six UniLodge properties in Brisbane, including 576 rooms at UniLodge Park Central.
This is a project that happens twice per year for Cirka within our student accommodation portfolio and requires significant pre-planning and resources. To enable us to carry this out, we increased our workforce by adding 86 additional casual staff, with support from a Client Service Manager, site supervisors, team leaders, and administrative support. Through early recruitment, structured training sessions, and daily performance management, we ensured that every team member was well-prepared and ready to deliver the required services.
- All scheduled rooms were completed on time, achieving 100% efficiency.
- Park Central implemented a dual-shift model, cleaning an average of 48 rooms per day.
- The recall rate was limited to just 4.2%, primarily involving minor touch-ups.
