Cirka is not required, under the Modern Slavery Act 2018, to submit a statement in line with reporting requirements. We understand that some of our customers may be required to submit a statement. As such, we can provide reporting on our suppliers to ensure that we have mitigated against risks of modern slavery within our supply chain and operations.

Ethical Purchasing & Modern Slavery Policy

Cirka’s Ethical Purchasing & Modern Slavery Policy establishes our promise to guarantee purchasing practices to help us support safety, the environment, and human rights. Therefore, we will purchase goods and services produced and delivered under conditions that do not abuse or exploit any person or the environment.

This policy is available and will be communicated to all staff, workers, subcontractors and interested
parties.
