Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

Reconciliation Australia has endorsed our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Based on the learnings of our Reflect RAP, our second RAP will further our efforts in continuing to build a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.

Our Innovate RAP has multiple key focuses, built on central themes such as partnerships, employment pathways and supporting First Nations businesses.

Through our second RAP, we aim to continue to develop our relationships with First Nations people, fostering a culture of inclusivity and unity.

Tali-at-Kalipinpa

Title: Tali at Kalipinpa

Artist: Benisa Marks

In this painting, Benisa tells the story of a big rock hole in the sand hills in her country, Kalipinpa. Kalipinpa is located 400 km west of Alice Springs near Kintore. This is the country of Benisa’s father. It is at Kalipinpa where you will see a sacred soak. This soak is very significant to Benisa’s Dreaming.
