Last month, our Client Delivery Support Manager Laura Bromiley headed to the UK to share her experience and knowledge with our UK team! Her two-week secondment focused on sharing best practices and process innovations.
Laura has been part of the Cirka team for over 12 years, and she has been able to promote Cirka’s culture and values among our UK team. She has also had opportunities to learn from our UK team, including a visit to Harlequins’s “The Stoop” and the Saracens Group “Stone X” stadiums, with Managing Director Gus Mackay and Operations Manager Nélida Mendes Valentim.
Laura also travelled to our new client, Oak Lodge School, where she met and worked with our all-female team on the site.
“This trip was invaluable in sharing best practices between our Australian and UK operations and enriching our client service delivery,” said Gus Mackay, UK Managing Director.
“At Cirka UK, we’re passionate about upholding the Cirka legacy and bringing Cirka’s commitment to its clients and our people to our clients in the UK.”
“It was great to see the deep relationships our UK team have with their clients; these relationships mean the client’s needs are always at the centre of the service delivery model,” Laura said after her UK experience.
