NAIDOC Week 2025 presents an opportunity to celebrate 50 years of honouring and uplifting Indigenous voices, culture, and resilience. The theme, “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy,” recognises not only the legacy of our ancestors’ past achievements but also the bright future ahead, driven by the strength and vision of young leaders and communities.
At Cirka, we proudly recognise this legacy and future through our Cultural Learning Strategy. This framework goes beyond awareness to embed respect, inclusivity, and cultural safety for First Nations People in our workplace and supply chain.
Our model builds:
✅Foundation knowledge of First Nations culture
✅Awareness of conscious and unconscious bias
✅Respectful, inclusive communication across cultures
✅Ongoing learning and leadership development
✅Collaboration with First Nations and multicultural communities.
We are committed to creating a workplace where all individuals feel safe, heard, and valued, and we recognise that this begins with learning, listening, and taking action.
