Last Saturday, we successfully held Supervisor Day in South Australia, bringing together 25 dedicated team members to refresh their knowledge in key topics related to their roles via shared learning, collaboration, and alignment with our values.
Throughout the day, our supervisors focused on key areas, including the Cirka Values in action, role expectations, recording feedback, health and safety, hazard and risk assessment, Power BI reporting, as well as green cleaning principles and sustainability.
The day also included an integration lunch, allowing participants to connect, share experiences, and build stronger relationships across our teams in Adelaide.
