The 2024 Earth Day theme, Planet vs. Plastics, asks us to actively participate in reducing our daily plastic usage. EarthDay.org is demanding a sixty-percent reduction in the production of all plastics by 2040, which cannot be done without your help!
At Cirka, reducing plastic waste is incredibly important, and we continue actively working towards decreasing our plastic use. Our on-site staff are extensively educated on the harmful impacts of plastic and receive toolbox training with resources to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge required to practice sustainable plastic methods.
